Haig Point Embarkation center at :30 past the hour. Return trips start at :40 past the

rent rooms in the Strachan Mansion just off the Ferry Landing. The mansion
houses the general store, a restaurant, and is the mail pickup location for all
residents. A golf cart parking lot is behind the mansion. |

1873 lighthouse located on the
waterfront also has two rooms for guests and owners. But beware, like most
lighthouses, it is reportedly haunted. |

Private home rentals are also available through the Haig Point
Rental program.

The tennis center is
exceptional. There are six Har-Tru tennis courts with two lighted for night

boats at the community dock for up to 48 hours. Boat rentals are available from
several marinas in the area. Freeport Marina offers dry stack storage just
outside the Haig Point back gate. |
